This fun, safe and informative session is about utilizing your Whole Self; body, mind, breath, voice and imagination. Our goal is open, honest, vulnerable communication. Whether your modes of communication include voice, body, paintbrush, dance or quill, this workshop aims at improving confidence, increasing flow, and promoting joy. We will make use of restorative yoga, breath therapy, transformative vocal entrainment, support system pedagogy, empowerment & confidence cultivation, core awakening principles, somatic movement and creative flow work. Please wear comfortable, loose, stretchy clothing and bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. Participants are invited (completely optional) to bring a favourite speech, monologue, dance piece, song or poem with which to work.
