EXPANSE LAB – Intersections of Mind & Body

March 31 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Tune into the body and release the mind. In this 2-hour workshop we’ll explore improvisational structures and meditative movement patterns. Inspired by her learnings from the Japanese performing arts, Mayumi will guide exercises that release the idea of self and aim to transcend space time. Let go of habitual patterning and planning to welcome new possibilities for expression. Expose your humanity in this mindful and improvised movement practice.

Wear clothing you feel you can move easily in and a water bottle. You can choose to wear barefeet or socks.

*Masks are encouraged but optional.
