The Lab
By taking a deeper look at our positions as queer theatre artists, we can discover pathways in creative work that embrace joy, failure, and solidarity. This 90-minute lab offers some guiding principles for queering practice beyond narrative and aesthetic (both important!) into dramaturgy, room culture, and theatre as a political expression. An opportunity to explore some resources that add to your toolkit and discuss the possibilities with folks who share the vision. This lab is geared towards queers, but open to anyone.
*To better support a brave space for lab participants, cameras will be required for the first portion of the lab.
