Reframe
We are excited to announce that the theme of the upcoming festival is “Reframing”. With a diverse range of perspectives and captivating narratives, we aim to take you on a transformative journey that will inspire a collective shift in how we perceive and understand the world around us.
Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to broaden your horizons and reframe the journey.
Body-based Stories Reframed.
The festival unfolds through two primary streams: the Mainstage Series features performance works by local, regional, national, and international artists, while the Expanse Community Outreach Program engages with the broader Edmonton community through various activities, including interactions with The Lobbyists.
Expanse Is A Celebration Of ALL Bodies.
We want to make sure that we are doing as much as we can to make a festival for all bodies to enjoy both on and off stage. Click here to find out more about Expanse’s accessibility offers.

At Azimuth, we are thrilled to be a part of a community that celebrates diversity, uplifts local artists, and provides a platform for underrepresented voices to flourish. We are committed to helping emerging artists discover and amplify their unique voices and breaking down barriers that hinder the celebration and education of diversity in our society.

Pay-What-You-Can: Supporting the Arts Together
At Azimuth Theatre, we believe art should be accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why all of our tickets are based on a Pay-What-You-Can model. We understand that everyone’s situation is different, so we leave it up to you to determine the value of your experience.
Suggested Ticket Price: $25
Workshops: $10
While we suggest a ticket price to help cover production costs and support our artists, we understand that this may not be feasible for everyone. Whether you can give more or less, what matters most to us is that you join us in experiencing the magic of theatre together. No matter the amount, your contribution is valued and appreciated. Your support enables us to create meaningful connections, spark important conversations, and inspire change through the power of storytelling.
