Meeting Minutes
1:35 p.m. MST Meeting called to order.
Vanessa Sabourin delivers Treaty 6 land acknowledgement and rules of engagement for community meetings.
These meetings will NOT be recorded and folks will always have the option to make any information shared confidential if they so choose.

It was raised that perhaps some of these community meetings can be moved outside of business hours. To that end we will move meeting times to:

-Perhaps a FB group specifically for offering help? Similar to “Alberta Ride Share” where people can ask or offer help for the Edmonton community? Does such a service exist?
-How can it be possible for people to ask for help anonymously should they not feel comfortable asking for help (financial or otherwise)?
-How can we help our senior artists or elder in our communities?
